Industrial Space

Under the URA Masterplan 2014, industrial is segmented into 3 main categories namely:

* Business Parks

* B1 (Business 1) Industrial Zoning

* B2 (Bsuiness 2) Industrial Zoning

These 3 categories are categorized base on the approved usage of these spaces. In the following, we shall explain the similarity and differences of these properties and identify what are the approved trades that can make use of these space for their company operations.

Industrial building that are under B1 Industrial (Clean and Light industry) zoning in the URA Masterplan 2014 are to be  used for industry, warehouse, utilities and telecommunication uses where business processes carried out or machines installed in these buildings can be done so without creating nuisance or polluting the area with noise, vibration, odour, fumes, smoke, soot, ash, dust or grit less than 50m away from the residential areas.
